The ever-so-classy Bleakley sported a see-through top to pick up the morning Starbucks run, while Frank picked up some groceries.
I would like to make a general request that if Frank continues to dress this badly whilst dating Toofer, an intervention/personal stylist might become necessary. This outfit is just wrong on so many different levels.
