I am sorry but in MY humble opinion, NONE of this type of touching (grabbing and adjusting of one's balls or grabbing another player's balls) should EVER be considered as "Unnecessary and Inappropriate Touching". This is what I watch footie FOR, damn it! If anything, we need MORE of this sort of grabbing!
