Rio Ferdinand admitted to going to a pub between losing to Arsenal and meeting his family back at the team hotel to celebrate his belated birthday. Although the pub was in West Ham territory, the Manchester United star had no fear of entering in his current club’s tracksuit.
“I had a couple of drinks, three packets of crisps and sat in the corner watching the results on TV. Players do do normal things.”
Um, no they don’t.
