Apparently the entire club is getting Mr. Rooney wigs for his birthday on Friday to cover up that horrid new haircut Rio gave him (I may or may not be making that up). He seems to be downright giddy about it, see above picture. I can only imagine that there will be some clown wigs, toupees, and without a doubt, an Amy Winehouse beehive.
